Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision:
Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues related to workmanship, materials, and safety.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality control.
Project Planning and Execution:
Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
